AnyTemplate AI is operated by Dhaval “Dave” Patel in Texas, United States. “AnyTemplate AI”, “we”, and “us” in these terms refer to that operator. Contact is by email at support@anytemplateai.com.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and be responsible for activity under your account. You may not share access in a way that enables abuse or bypasses plan limits.

Do not use the service to create unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, dangerous, or deceptive material; probe or disrupt the service; automate abusive traffic; bypass safety checks; or introduce malicious code, macros, scripts, or external execution.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and editing it before use. AnyTemplate AI does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, safety, or other professional advice.

A printable template uses 1 credit, a Smart Spreadsheet uses 2 credits, and AI Cover generation or regeneration uses 2 credits. PDF downloads, printing, XLSX downloads, and theme changes use 0 additional credits. If a generation fails after credits are reserved, those credits are automatically returned.

Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your account; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. One-time credit packs do not create a subscription. Payment processing is provided by Stripe.

You retain your rights in the prompts and materials you submit. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated output. You give us permission to process submitted content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

The AnyTemplate AI brand, software, site design, and underlying systems remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or violation of these terms.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that every request will be supported or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AnyTemplate AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of generated output or the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Texas, United States, except where applicable law gives you the right to another venue.
