We handle account information such as your email address and authentication records; prompts, generated templates, spreadsheet data, saved preferences, feedback, and support messages you choose to provide; and technical records needed to operate and secure the service.

Stripe processes payment details. We receive billing records such as customer, subscription, payment, and refund identifiers, but we do not receive your full card number.

We use information to create and save your requested output, provide account and billing features, calculate credits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, respond to support requests, and improve reliability.

We use infrastructure and authentication services to store and protect account data, Stripe to process payments, OpenAI to generate template and spreadsheet structures, and Google AI services when you request an AI cover. Information is shared only as needed to provide those functions.

The service uses necessary browser storage and session data to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences. We do not currently describe or rely on advertising cookies or behavioral advertising trackers.

We retain account, generated content, billing, credit, security, and audit records while needed to provide the service, meet operational obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent abuse. You may request account or content deletion; some financial, security, or legal records may need to be retained.

We use access controls, private user libraries, row-level database rules, server-side secrets, and restricted administrative tools. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
