About

Built because “almost the right template” isn’t good enough.

AnyTemplate AI was created around a simple idea: you shouldn’t have to spend hours searching for a template that’s almost right. Describe what you need, and create a template that actually fits.

Why we built it

Most template searches end in compromise: the wrong fields, an awkward layout, or a spreadsheet that still needs hours of setup. AnyTemplate AI starts with your request instead, so the result can match the work you actually need to do.

What you can create

Create printable checklists, forms, planners, trackers, invoices, schedules, and reports, or smart spreadsheets with editable inputs and live calculations. Printable work can be saved as PDF or printed; spreadsheets can be downloaded as real XLSX files.

Who it is for

AnyTemplate AI is for small businesses, freelancers, households, teachers, real estate professionals, hospitality teams, creators, and event organizers—anyone who needs a practical document without starting from a blank page.

Our approach to AI

AI proposes structured content, while controlled rendering and spreadsheet rules turn it into a usable result. Smart Spreadsheet requests are checked for compatibility before credits are charged, and failed generations return the credits used for that attempt.

Founder, AnyTemplate AI

AnyTemplate AI started with a simple frustration: finding a template that was almost right still meant spending time rebuilding it.

I wanted a simpler way—describe exactly what you need, let AI create the structure, and leave with something you can actually use. That’s why I built AnyTemplate AI.

Who operates AnyTemplate AI

AnyTemplate AI is operated by Dhaval “Dave” Patel in Texas, United States. Support is handled by email at support@anytemplateai.com.

Honest limitations

AI output can contain mistakes and should be reviewed before use, especially for financial, legal, medical, safety, or compliance-sensitive decisions. Some spreadsheet requests require features we intentionally do not support, such as macros, scripts, external data feeds, or arbitrary code.
