Refund and Billing Policy

If a template, Smart Spreadsheet, or AI Cover generation fails after credits are reserved, the credits used for that attempt are automatically returned. Unsupported Smart Spreadsheet requests are checked before generation and do not consume credits.

Subscriptions renew on their billing schedule until canceled. You can cancel through the billing area in your account. Cancellation ordinarily stops future renewals at the end of the current paid period; it does not automatically refund the current period.

Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew. Used credits are not refundable. Requests involving unused credits may be reviewed individually, subject to payment-provider restrictions and applicable law.

Stripe processes payments and refunds. Any monetary refund is discretionary unless required by law; AnyTemplate AI does not offer a blanket money-back guarantee. If approved, a refund is returned through the original payment method and timing depends on Stripe and your financial institution.

Email support@anytemplateai.com with your account email, payment date, and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
